10 Excuses Not to Be Healthy
In today’s post I want to talk a little bit about excuses that our minds tells us just so that we avoid changes in life. I’m sure many of you have noticed that when you want to try to do something hard, your mind tries to talk your out of it. Thoughts of changes can automatically turn on the defense mode. Isagenix Cleanse – My Personal Results
Ok, so a lot of people are asking me to review the Isagenix cleanse. I wanted to wait until I have completed at least one week to start writing a review. I was not sure if a week was enough at first, but amazingly enough, one week is all I needed to get amazing results.
